Our delivery price is a flat rate of £10.00 within the following areas:

     A) Bristol

     B) Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Nailsworth, Tetbury corridor (5 mile radius)

Rental Tree collection after Christmas is also available at £10.00

NEW YEAR TREE RETURNS - JANUARY 3 TO 11

Bristol Rental Tree Return Instruction - 7 City Road BS2 8TT

  1. Write in pencil your booking name and phone on the white label that was provided with the tree when purchased
  2. Write ‘HELD OVER’ if you wish to have this same tree returned to you next year (deposit is held over as well for this option)
  3. Leave your tree at the Red Gazebo

We collect the trees daily and your deposit will be refunded directly back to your booking card as quickly as possible unless you've chosen to have your tree 'HELD OVER'

All Other Shop Rental Tree Returns

  1. Write in pencil your booking name and phone on the white label that was provided with the tree when purchased
  2. Write ‘HELD OVER’ if you wish to have this same tree returned to you next year (deposit is held over as well for this option)
  3. Return the tree to the shop where purchased from and receive your deposit back (unless the tree is to be HELD OVER)

Collections

Cheltenham/Gloucester/Bristol tree collections begin January 4th and continue through to January 11th. Collections are not bookable. We will attempt phone contact first to slot collection, and email for contact where we are unable to reach you by phone.
